Quick start
Get your workspace set up and capture your first lead in minutes.
This guide walks you through the first few steps, from signing in to seeing your first lead in the inbox.
Sign in
Sanchalai uses phone-based sign-in: enter your mobile number at dash.sanchal.ai, then enter the one-time code sent to your phone. There’s no separate password to create. On Android, you can also sign in with Truecaller.
Set up your workspace
The first time you sign in, you’ll complete a short onboarding form — your name, company name, industry, and business address. Submitting it creates your company workspace.
Choose a plan
After onboarding, you pick a subscription plan for your workspace. A new subscription can need approval from an administrator before it goes active; if so, you’ll see a pending-approval screen until it’s confirmed.
Connect a channel
Open Connected Accounts and connect an email inbox or a WhatsApp number. Once a channel is connected, incoming messages start arriving in your inbox on their own.
Invite your team
Open Users to invite teammates by phone number. Each teammate gets per-module access — conversations, tasks, deals, templates, and more — so you control exactly what they can see and do.
Capture your first lead
Leads from a connected channel appear in the inbox automatically. You can also add a lead by hand from the inbox when you have contact details from a call or another offline source.
