Automating workflows
Set up automations that handle routine steps so your team can focus on selling.
Auto-Flow is Sanchalai’s workflow automation. It removes busywork by reacting to messages, running on a schedule, or firing on demand, so routine replies and follow-ups happen without someone doing them by hand. Open Auto-Flow from the main navigation to see your existing workflows and switch any of them on or off.
Triggers
Every workflow starts with a trigger:
- Auto: runs automatically when a new message arrives on a connected email account.
- Manual: runs only when someone clicks the trigger button for that workflow — useful for one-off outreach.
- Scheduled: runs on a schedule you set — daily, weekly, or once at a date and time you choose.
Actions
After the trigger, a workflow can send an email, send a WhatsApp message, send a marketplace reply, or send a chat-connect link across whichever channels you enable — each using a saved template from Templates. You can add a wait step to delay before the next action runs, and set a fallback template for when a lead’s details are incomplete.
Editing and turning workflows on or off
Select the edit icon on a workflow to open its canvas, where triggers, actions, and delays connect as nodes you can rearrange and reconfigure. Save your changes, then use the switch on the workflow list to enable or disable it — disabling a workflow stops it from running without deleting its setup.
Running pending follow-ups
For workflows with a manual trigger, select Trigger to open a list of leads pending follow-up, choose which ones to include, and run the workflow against them in one action.
